Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are given for cancellations made SEVEN business days or more from the program start date. Only class credit will be given for any cancellations made SIX business days or less from the program start date. There are NO refunds for the Open Studio Box once ordered.
Flower Box Shipping Disclaimer & Refund Policy
All Flower Boxes are shipped directly from Holland to New York, then redirected via Fed-Ex to your home. We are not responsible for any delays or damages. The flower business, like all businesses, has been directly effected by COVID-19. Flights from Holland have been reduced, as have all domestic shipments, causing a greater chance of delays. We appreciate your understanding on the matter. We and our wholesalers are doing our best to get you your box as fast as possible! When it is available, we will send along the Fed-Ex tracking number for your reference as well There are NO refunds for a FlowerSchool Flower Box once ordered.
